One studio, many possibilities

Different streams. A shared purpose.

Our enterprise work and products draw on shared engineering, design and AI knowledge. What we learn in each stream helps us build better software across the studio.

Software for enterprises

We understand how your business works, design around its needs, and help its software evolve—from web and mobile applications to internal enterprise systems.

Products of our own

Testimate and Oliv Learning help people develop their potential through meaningful competency assessment and online learning.

Capabilities that connect every stream

AI Research

What we stand for as the world changes.

SOTR

Our operating values

The four letters of SOFTEVER

represent the principles that guide every decision, every collaboration, and every product we create—delivering resilience through software and partnership.

Stand

Stand firm. Take ownership.

Own the work from beginning to outcome, stand for what is right, and work through challenges together.

“Fall seven times, stand up eight.”
Open

Stay open. Keep learning.

Listen carefully, ask questions and explore new approaches to find what best fits the need.

“Stay hungry, stay foolish.”
Test

Test before trusting.

Try ideas early, learn from real use, and let evidence guide the next decision.

“Trust, but verify.”
Rise

Get better, consistently.

Use what we learn to improve our work, team and systems, one step at a time, for the long run.

“1% better every day.”
